1 Surahs11 Versesركوع 50
3:81
وَإِذۡ
And when
أَخَذَ
took
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
مِيثَـٰقَ
covenant
ٱلنَّبِيِّــۧنَ
(of) the Prophets
لَمَآ
Certainly, whatever
ءَاتَيۡتُكُم
I (have) given you
مِّن
of
كِتَـٰبٍ
(the) Book
وَحِكۡمَةٍ
and wisdom
ثُمَّ
then
جَآءَكُمۡ
comes to you
رَسُولٌ
a Messenger
مُّصَدِّقٌ
confirming
لِّمَا
that which
مَعَكُمۡ
(is) with you
لَتُؤۡمِنُنَّ
you must believe
بِهِۦ
in him
وَلَتَنصُرُنَّهُۥ‌ۚ
and you must help him
قَالَ
He said
ءَأَقۡرَرۡتُمۡ
Do you affirm
وَأَخَذۡتُمۡ
and take
عَلَىٰ
on
ذٰلِكُمۡ
that (condition)
إِصۡرِى‌ۖ
My Covenant
قَالُوٓاۡ
They said
أَقۡرَرۡنَا‌ۚ
We affirm
قَالَ
He said
فَٱشۡهَدُواۡ
Then bear witness
وَأَنَاۡ
and I (am)
مَعَكُم
with you
مِّنَ
among
ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ
the witnesses
٨١
And [recall, O People of the Scripture], when Allāh took the covenant of the prophets, [saying], "Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom and then there comes to you a messenger confirming what is with you, you [must] believe in him and support him." [Allāh] said, "Have you acknowledged and taken upon that My commitment?"1 They said, "We have acknowledged it." He said, "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses."
3:82
فَمَن
Then whoever
تَوَلَّىٰ
turns away
بَعۡدَ
after
ذٰلِكَ
that
فَأُوۡلَـٰٓئِكَ
then those
هُمُ
they
ٱلۡفَـٰسِقُونَ
(are) the defiantly disobedient
٨٢
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
3:83
أَفَغَيۡرَ
So is (it) other than
دِينِ
(the) religion
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
يَبۡغُونَ
they seek
وَلَهُۥٓ
While to Him
أَسۡلَمَ
(have) submitted
مَن
whatever
فِى
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَـٰوٰتِ
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
and the earth
طَوۡعًا
willingly
وَكَرۡهًا
or unwillingly
وَإِلَيۡهِ
and towards Him
يُرۡجَعُونَ
they will be returned
٨٣
So is it other than the religion of Allāh they desire, while to Him have submitted [all] those within the heavens and earth, willingly or by compulsion, and to Him they will be returned?
3:84
قُلۡ
Say
ءَامَنَّا
We believed
بِٱللَّهِ
in Allah
وَمَآ
and what
أُنزِلَ
(is) revealed
عَلَيۡنَا
on us
وَمَآ
and what
أُنزِلَ
was revealed
عَلَىٰٓ
on
إِبۡرٰهِيمَ
Ibrahim
وَإِسۡمَـٰعِيلَ
and Ishmael
وَإِسۡحَـٰقَ
and Isaac
وَيَعۡقُوبَ
and Yaqub
وَٱلۡأَسۡبَاطِ
and the descendents
وَمَآ
and what
أُوتِىَ
was given
مُوسَىٰ
(to) Musa
وَعِيسَىٰ
and Isa
وَٱلنَّبِيُّونَ
and the Prophets
مِن
from
رَّبِّهِمۡ
their Lord
لَا
Not
نُفَرِّقُ
we make distinction
بَيۡنَ
between
أَحَدٍ
any
مِّنۡهُمۡ
of them
وَنَحۡنُ
and we
لَهُۥ
to Him
مُسۡلِمُونَ
(are) submissive
٨٤
Say, "We have believed in Allāh and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Descendants [al-Asbāṭ], and in what was given to Moses and Jesus and to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [submitting] to Him."
3:85
وَمَن
And whoever
يَبۡتَغِ
seeks
غَيۡرَ
other than
ٱلۡإِسۡلَـٰمِ
[the] Islam
دِينًا
(as) religion
فَلَن
then never
يُقۡبَلَ
will be accepted
مِنۡهُ
from him
وَهُوَ
and he
فِى
in
ٱلۡأَخِرَةِ
the Hereafter
مِنَ
(will be) from
ٱلۡخَـٰسِرِينَ
the losers
٨٥
And whoever desires other than Islām as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.
3:86
كَيۡفَ
How
يَهۡدِى
(shall) guide
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
قَوۡمًا
a people
كَفَرُواۡ
(who) disbelieved
بَعۡدَ
after
إِيمَـٰنِهِمۡ
their belief
وَشَهِدُوٓاۡ
and (had) witnessed
أَنَّ
that
ٱلرَّسُولَ
the Messenger
حَقٌّ
(is) true
وَجَآءَهُمُ
and came to them
ٱلۡبَيِّنَـٰتُ‌ۚ
the clear proofs
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
لَا
(does) not
يَهۡدِى
guide
ٱلۡقَوۡمَ
the people
ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
[the] wrongdoers
٨٦
How shall Allāh guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and had witnessed that the Messenger is true and clear signs had come to them? And Allāh does not guide the wrongdoing people.
3:87
أُوۡلَـٰٓئِكَ
Those
جَزَآؤُهُمۡ
their recompense
أَنَّ
that
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
on them
لَعۡنَةَ
(is the) curse
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ
and the Angels
وَٱلنَّاسِ
and the people
أَجۡمَعِينَ
all together
٨٧
Those - their recompense will be that upon them is the curse of Allāh and the angels and the people, all together,
3:88
خَـٰلِدِينَ
(They will) abide forever
فِيهَا
in it
لَا
Not
يُخَفَّفُ
will be lightened
عَنۡهُمُ
for them
ٱلۡعَذَابُ
the punishment
وَلَا
and not
هُمۡ
they
يُنظَرُونَ
will be reprieved
٨٨
Abiding eternally therein. The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved,
3:89
إِلَّا
Except
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
تَابُواۡ
repent
مِنۢ
from
بَعۡدِ
after
ذٰلِكَ
that
وَأَصۡلَحُواۡ
and reform[ed] themselves
فَإِنَّ
Then indeed
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
غَفُورٌ
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٌ
Most Merciful
٨٩
Except for those who repent after that1 and correct themselves. For indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.
3:90
إِنَّ
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
كَفَرُواۡ
disbelieved
بَعۡدَ
after
إِيمَـٰنِهِمۡ
their belief
ثُمَّ
then
ٱزۡدَادُواۡ
they increased
كُفۡرًا
(in) disbelief
لَّن
never
تُقۡبَلَ
will be accepted
تَوۡبَتُهُمۡ
their repentance
وَأُوۡلَـٰٓئِكَ
and those
هُمُ
they
ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
(are) those who have gone astray
٩٠
Indeed, those who disbelieve [i.e., reject the message] after their belief and then increase in disbelief - never will their [claimed] repentance be accepted, and they are the ones astray.
3:91
إِنَّ
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
كَفَرُواۡ
disbelieve[d]
وَمَاتُواۡ
and died
وَهُمۡ
while they
كُفَّارٌ
(are) disbelievers
فَلَن
then never
يُقۡبَلَ
will be accepted
مِنۡ
from
أَحَدِهِم
any one of them
مِّلۡءُ
full
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
earth
ذَهَبًا
(of) gold
وَلَوِ
[and] (even) if
ٱفۡتَدَىٰ
he offered as ransom
بِهِۦٓ‌ۗ
it
أُوۡلَـٰٓئِكَ
Those
لَهُمۡ
for them
عَذَابٌ
(is) a punishment
أَلِيمٌ
painful
وَمَا
and not
لَهُم
(will be) for them
مِّن
any
نَّـٰصِرِينَ
helpers
٩١
Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - never would the [whole] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.
