55:46
وَلِمَنۡ
But for (him) who
خَافَ
fears
مَقَامَ
(the) standing
رَبِّهِۦ
(before) his Lord
جَنَّتَانِ
(are) two gardens
٤٦
But for he who has feared the position of his Lord1 are two gardens -
55:47
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٤٧
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
55:48
ذَوَاتَآ
Having
أَفۡنَانٍ
branches
٤٨
Having [spreading] branches.
55:49
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٤٩
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:50
فِيهِمَا
In both of them
عَيۡنَانِ
(are) two springs
تَجۡرِيَانِ
flowing
٥٠
In both of them are two springs, flowing.
55:51
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٥١
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:52
فِيهِمَا
In both of them
مِن
[of]
كُلِّ
(are) every
فَـٰكِهَةٍ
fruits
زَوۡجَانِ
(in) pairs
٥٢
In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds.
55:53
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٥٣
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:54
مُتَّكِــِٔينَ
Reclining
عَلَىٰ
on
فُرُشِۭ
couches
بَطَآئِنُهَا
(whose) inner linings
مِنۡ
(are) of
إِسۡتَبۡرَقٍ‌ۚ
brocade
وَجَنَى
and (the) fruit
ٱلۡجَنَّتَيۡنِ
(of) both the gardens
دَانٍ
(is) near
٥٤
[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low.
55:55
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٥٥
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:56
فِيهِنَّ
In them
قَـٰصِرٰتُ
(will be) companions of modest gaze
ٱلطَّرۡفِ
(will be) companions of modest gaze
لَمۡ
not
يَطۡمِثۡهُنَّ
has touched them
إِنسٌ
any man
قَبۡلَهُمۡ
before them
وَلَا
and not
جَآنٌّ
any jinn
٥٦
In them are women limiting [their] glances,1 untouched2 before them by man or jinnī -
55:57
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٥٧
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
55:58
كَأَنَّهُنَّ
As if they were
ٱلۡيَاقُوتُ
rubies
وَٱلۡمَرۡجَانُ
and coral
٥٨
As if they were rubies and coral.1
55:59
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٥٩
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:60
هَلۡ
Is
جَزَآءُ
(the) reward
ٱلۡإِحۡسَـٰنِ
for the good
إِلَّا
but
ٱلۡإِحۡسَـٰنُ
good
٦٠
Is the reward for good [anything] but good?
55:61
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٦١
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:62
وَمِن
Besides these two
دُونِهِمَا
Besides these two
جَنَّتَانِ
(are) two gardens
٦٢
And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens -
55:63
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٦٣
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
55:64
مُدۡهَآمَّتَانِ
Dark green
٦٤
Dark green [in color].
55:65
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٦٥
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:66
فِيهِمَا
In both of them
عَيۡنَانِ
(are) two springs
نَضَّاخَتَانِ
gushing forth
٦٦
In both of them are two springs, spouting.
55:67
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٦٧
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:68
فِيهِمَا
In both of them
فَـٰكِهَةٌ
(are) fruits
وَنَخۡلٌ
and date-palms
وَرُمَّانٌ
and pomegranates
٦٨
In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates.
55:69
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٦٩
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:70
فِيهِنَّ
In them
خَيۡرٰتٌ
(are) good
حِسَانٌ
and beautiful ones
٧٠
In them are good and beautiful women -
55:71
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٧١
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
55:72
حُورٌ
Fair ones
مَّقۡصُورٰتٌ
restrained
فِى
in
ٱلۡخِيَامِ
the pavilions
٧٢
Fair ones reserved in pavilions -
55:73
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٧٣
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
55:74
لَمۡ
Not
يَطۡمِثۡهُنَّ
has touched them
إِنسٌ
any man
قَبۡلَهُمۡ
before them
وَلَا
and not
جَآنٌّ
any jinn
٧٤
Untouched before them by man or jinnī -
55:75
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٧٥
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
55:76
مُتَّكِــِٔينَ
Reclining
عَلَىٰ
on
رَفۡرَفٍ
cushions
خُضۡرٍ
green
وَعَبۡقَرِىٍّ
and carpets
حِسَانٍ
beautiful
٧٦
Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets.
55:77
فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny
٧٧
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:78
تَبَـٰرَكَ
Blessed is
ٱسۡمُ
(the) name
رَبِّكَ
(of) your Lord
ذِى
Owner
ٱلۡجَلَـٰلِ
(of) Majesty
وَٱلۡإِكۡرَامِ
and Honor
٧٨
Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.
