1 Surahs10 Versesركوع 401
39:32
۞فَمَنۡ
Then who
أَظۡلَمُ
(is) more unjust
مِمّ َن
than (one) who
lies
عَلَى
against
Allah
وَكَذَّبَ
and denies
بِٱ ل صِّدۡ قِ
the truth
إِذۡ
when
جَا ٓءَهُۥٓۚ
it comes to him
أَلَيۡسَ
Is (there) not
فِى
in
جَهَنّ َمَ
Hell
مَثۡوًى
an abode
for the disbelievers
So who is more unjust than one who lies about Allāh and denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell a residence for the disbelievers?
39:33
وَٱ لَّذِى
And the one who
جَا ٓءَ
brought
بِٱ ل صِّدۡ قِ
the truth
وَصَدَّقَ
and believed
بِهِۦٓۙ
in it
أُوۡ لَـٰٓ ئِكَ
those
هُمُ
[they]
(are) the righteous
And the one who has brought the truth [i.e., the Prophet (ﷺ)] and [they who] believed in it - those are the righteous.
39:34
لَهُم
For them
(is) what
يَشَا ٓءُونَ
they wish
عِند َ
with
رَبِّهِمۡۚ
their Lord
ذٰ لِكَ
That
جَزَا ٓءُ
(is the) reward
(of) the good-doers
They will have whatever they desire with their Lord. That is the reward of the doers of good -
39:35
لِيُكَفِّرَ
That Allah will remove
That Allah will remove
عَنۡهُمۡ
from them
أَسۡوَأَ
(the) worst
(of) what
عَمِلُواۡ
they did
وَيَجۡ زِيَهُمۡ
and reward them
أَجۡ رَهُم
their due
for (the) best
(of) what
كَانُواۡ
they used to
يَعۡمَلُو نَ
٣٥do
That Allāh may remove from them the worst of what they did and reward them their due for the best of what they used to do.
39:36
أَلَيۡسَ
Is not
Allah
بِكَافٍ
sufficient
عَبۡ دَهُۥ ۖ
(for) His slave
وَيُخَوِّفُونَكَ
And they threaten you
بِٱ لَّذِينَ
with those
مِن
besides Him
besides Him
وَمَن
And whoever
Allah lets go astray
Allah lets go astray
فَمَا
then not
لَهُۥ
for him
مِنۡ
any
هَا د ٍ
٣٦guide
Is not Allāh sufficient for His Servant [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ)]? And [yet], they threaten you with those [they worship] other than Him. And whoever Allāh leaves astray - for him there is no guide.
39:37
وَمَن
And whoever
Allah guides
Allah guides
فَمَا
then not
لَهُۥ
for him
مِن
any
misleader
أَلَيۡسَ
Is not
Allah
بِعَزِيزٍ
All-Mighty
All-Able of retribution
All-Able of retribution
And whoever Allāh guides - for him there is no misleader. Is not Allāh Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution?
39:38
وَلَئِن
And if
you ask them
who
خَلَقَ
created
the heavens
وَٱ لۡأَرۡضَ
and the earth
لَيَقُولُنّ َ
Surely, they will say
Allah
قُلۡ
Say
أَفَرَءَيۡتُم
Then do you see
what
تَدۡ عُونَ
you invoke
مِن
besides
besides
Allah
إِنۡ
if
أَرَادَنِىَ
Allah intended for me
Allah intended for me
بِضُرٍّ
harm
هَلۡ
are
هُنّ َ
they
كَـٰ شِفَـٰ تُ
removers
ضُرِّهِۦٓ
(of) harm (from) Him
أَوۡ
or
أَرَادَنِى
if He intended for me
بِرَحۡمَةٍ
mercy
هَلۡ
are
هُنّ َ
they
مُمۡسِكَـٰ تُ
withholders
رَحۡمَتِهِۦ ۚ
(of) His mercy
قُلۡ
Say
حَسۡبِىَ
Sufficient (is) Allah for me
Sufficient (is) Allah for me
عَلَيۡهِ
upon Him
يَتَوَكَّلُ
put trust
those who trust
And if you asked them, "Who created the heavens and the earth?" they would surely say, "Allāh." Say, "Then have you considered1 what you invoke besides Allāh? If Allāh intended me harm, are they removers of His harm; or if He intended me mercy, are they withholders of His mercy?" Say, "Sufficient for me is Allāh; upon Him [alone] rely the [wise] reliers."
39:39
قُلۡ
Say
يَـٰ قَوۡمِ
O my people
Work
عَلَىٰ
(according) to
مَكَانَتِكُمۡ
your position
إِنّ ِى
indeed, I am
عَـٰ مِلٌۖ
working
then soon
تَعۡلَمُو نَ
٣٩you will know
Say, "O my people, work according to your position, [for] indeed, I am working; and you are going to know
39:40
مَن
(Upon) whom
will come
عَذَابٌ
a punishment
disgracing him
وَيَحِلُّ
and descends
عَلَيۡهِ
on him
عَذَابٌ
a punishment
everlasting
To whom will come a torment disgracing him and on whom will descend an enduring punishment."
39:41
إِنّ َآ
Indeed We
أَنز َلۡنَا
We revealed
عَلَيۡكَ
to you
the Book
لِلنّ َاسِ
for [the] mankind
بِٱ لۡحَقِّۖ
in truth
فَمَنِ
So whoever
accepts guidance
فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦ ۖ
then (it is) for his soul
وَمَن
and whoever
goes astray
فَإِنّ َمَا
then only
يَضِلُّ
he strays
عَلَيۡهَاۖ
against his (soul)
وَمَآ
And not
أَنت َ
you
عَلَيۡهِم
(are) over them
a manager
Indeed, We sent down to you the Book for the people in truth. So whoever is guided - it is for [the benefit of] his soul; and whoever goes astray only goes astray to its detriment. And you are not a manager [i.e., authority] over them.
