1 Surahs6 Versesركوع 209
13:32
وَلَقَدِ
And certainly
were mocked
بِرُسُلٍ
Messengers
from
before you
فَأَمۡلَيۡتُ
but I granted respite
لِلَّذِينَ
to those who
كَفَرُواۡ
disbelieved
ثُمّ َ
then
أَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ
I seized them
فَكَيۡفَ
and how
كَانَ
was
عِقَا ب ِ
٣٢My penalty
And already were [other] messengers ridiculed before you, and I extended the time of those who disbelieved; then I seized them, and how [terrible] was My penalty.
13:33
أَفَمَنۡ
Is then He Who
هُوَ
(He)
قَا ٓئِمٌ
(is) a Maintainer
عَلَىٰ
of
كُلِّ
every
نَفۡسِۭ
soul
for what
كَسَبَتۡۗ
it has earned
وَجَعَلُواۡ
Yet they ascribe
لِلَّهِ
to Allah
شُرَكَا ٓءَ
partners
قُلۡ
Say
سَمّ ُوهُمۡۚ
Name them
أَمۡ
Or
تُنَبِّــُٔونَهُۥ
(do) you inform Him
بِمَا
of what
لَا
not
يَعۡلَمُ
He knows
فِى
in
the earth
أَم
or
of the apparent
of
the words
بَلۡ
Nay
زُيِّنَ
(is) made fair-seeming
لِلَّذِينَ
to those who
كَفَرُواۡ
disbelieve
مَكۡرُهُمۡ
their plotting
وَصُدُّواۡ
and they are hindered
عَنِ
from
the Path
وَمَن
And whoever
(by) Allah
Allah lets go astray
فَمَا
then not
لَهُۥ
for him
مِنۡ
any
هَا د ٍ
٣٣guide
Then is He who is a maintainer of every soul, [knowing] what it has earned, [like any other]? But to Allāh they have attributed partners. Say, "Name them. Or do you inform Him of that1 which He knows not upon the earth or of what is apparent [i.e., alleged] of speech?"2 Rather, their [own] plan has been made attractive to those who disbelieve, and they have been averted from the way. And whomever Allāh sends astray - there will be for him no guide.
13:34
لَّهُمۡ
For them
عَذَابٌ
(is) a punishment
in
the life
(of) the world
وَلَعَذَابُ
and surely the punishment
(of) the Hereafter
أَشَقُّۖ
(is) harder
وَمَا
And not
لَهُم
for them
against
Allah
مِن
any
defender
For them will be punishment in the life of [this] world, and the punishment of the Hereafter is more severe. And they will not have from Allāh any protector.
13:35
۞مَّثَلُ
The example
of Paradise
which
وُعِدَ
(is) promised
(to) the righteous
تَجۡ رِى
flows
مِن
from
underneath it
the rivers
أُكُلُهَا
Its food
دَا ٓئِمٌ
(is) everlasting
and its shade
تِلۡكَ
This
عُقۡ بَى
(is the) end
of those who
(are) righteous
وَّعُقۡ بَى
and (the) end
(of) the disbelievers
(is) the Fire
The example [i.e., description] of Paradise, which the righteous have been promised, is [that] beneath it rivers flow. Its fruit is lasting, and its shade. That is the consequence for the righteous, and the consequence for the disbelievers is the Fire.
13:36
وَٱ لَّذِينَ
And those (to) whom
ءَاتَيۡنَـٰ هُمُ
We have given them
the Book
يَفۡرَحُونَ
rejoice
بِمَآ
at what
أُنز ِلَ
has been revealed
إِلَيۡكَۖ
to you
وَمِنَ
but among
the groups
مَن
(those) who
deny
بَعۡضَهُۥ ۚ
a part of it
قُلۡ
Say
إِنّ َمَآ
Only
أُمِرۡتُ
I have been commanded
أَنۡ
that
أَعۡبُدَ
I worship
Allah
وَلَآ
and not
أُشۡرِكَ
I associate partners
بِهِۦٓۚ
with Him
إِلَيۡهِ
To Him
أَدۡ عُواۡ
I call
وَإِلَيۡهِ
and to Him
مَـَٔـا ب ِ
٣٦(is) my return
And [the believers among] those to whom We have given the [previous] Scripture rejoice at what has been revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], but among the [opposing] factions are those who deny part of it [i.e., the Qur’ān]. Say, "I have only been commanded to worship Allāh and not associate [anything] with Him. To Him I invite, and to Him is my return."
13:37
وَكَذٰ لِكَ
And thus
أَنز َلۡنَـٰ هُ
We have revealed it
حُكۡمًا
(to be) a judgment of authority
عَرَبِيًّاۚ
(in) Arabic
And if
you follow
أَهۡوَا ٓءَهُم
their desires
after what
جَا ٓءَكَ
came to you
مِنَ
of
the knowledge
مَا
not
لَكَ
for you
مِنَ
against
Allah
مِن
any
protector
and not
وَا ق ٍ
٣٧defender
And thus We have revealed it as an Arabic legislation.1 And if you should follow their inclinations after what has come to you of knowledge, you would not have against Allāh any ally or any protector.
