Ruku 109

1 Surahs10 Versesركوع 109
6:61
وَهُوَ
And He
ٱلۡقَاهِرُ
(is) the Subjugator
فَوۡقَ
over
عِبَادِهِۦ‌ۖ
His slaves
وَيُرۡسِلُ
and He sends
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
over you
حَفَظَةً
guardians
حَتَّىٰٓ
until
إِذَا
when
جَآءَ
comes
أَحَدَكُمُ
(to) anyone of you
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
the death
تَوَفَّتۡهُ
take him
رُسُلُنَا
Our messengers
وَهُمۡ
and they
لَا
(do) not
يُفَرِّطُونَ
fail
٦١
And He is the subjugator over His servants, and He sends over you guardian-angels until, when death comes to one of you, Our messengers [i.e., angels of death] take him, and they do not fail [in their duties].
6:62
ثُمَّ
Then
رُدُّوٓاۡ
they are returned
إِلَى
to
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
مَوۡلَـٰهُمُ
their Protector
ٱلۡحَقِّ‌ۚ
[the] True
أَلَا
Unquestionably
لَهُ
for Him
ٱلۡحُكۡمُ
(is) the judgment
وَهُوَ
And He
أَسۡرَعُ
(is) swiftest
ٱلۡحَـٰسِبِينَ
(of) the Reckoners
٦٢
Then they [i.e., His servants] are returned to Allāh, their true Lord. Unquestionably, His is the judgement, and He is the swiftest of accountants.
6:63
قُلۡ
Say
مَن
Who
يُنَجِّيكُم
saves you
مِّن
from
ظُلُمَـٰتِ
darkness[es]
ٱلۡبَرِّ
(of) the land
وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ
and the sea
تَدۡعُونَهُۥ
you call Him
تَضَرُّعًا
humbly
وَخُفۡيَةً
and secretly
لَّئِنۡ
If
أَنجَـٰنَا
He saves us
مِنۡ
from
هَـٰذِهِۦ
this
لَنَكُونَنَّ
surely we will be
مِنَ
from
ٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَ
the grateful ones
٦٣
Say, "Who rescues you from the darknesses of the land and sea [when] you call upon Him imploring [aloud] and privately, 'If He should save us from this [crisis], we will surely be among the thankful.'"
6:64
قُلِ
Say
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
يُنَجِّيكُم
saves you
مِّنۡهَا
from it
وَمِن
and from
كُلِّ
every
كَرۡبٍ
distress
ثُمَّ
yet
أَنتُمۡ
you
تُشۡرِكُونَ
associate partners (with Allah)
٦٤
Say, "It is Allāh who saves you from it and from every distress; then you [still] associate others with Him."
6:65
قُلۡ
Say
هُوَ
He
ٱلۡقَادِرُ
(is) All-Capable
عَلَىٰٓ
[on]
أَن
to
يَبۡعَثَ
send
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
upon you
عَذَابًا
punishment
مِّن
from
فَوۡقِكُمۡ
above you
أَوۡ
or
مِن
from
تَحۡتِ
beneath
أَرۡجُلِكُمۡ
your feet
أَوۡ
or
يَلۡبِسَكُمۡ
(to) confuse you
شِيَعًا
(into) sects
وَيُذِيقَ
and make (you) taste
بَعۡضَكُم
some of you
بَأۡسَ
violence
بَعۡضٍ‌ۗ
(of) others
ٱنظُرۡ
See
كَيۡفَ
how
نُصَرِّفُ
We explain
ٱلۡأَيَـٰتِ
the Signs
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
so that they may
يَفۡقَهُونَ
understand
٦٥
Say, "He is the [one] Able to send upon you affliction from above you or from beneath your feet or to confuse you [so you become] sects1 and make you taste the violence of one another." Look how We diversify the signs that they might understand.
6:66
وَكَذَّبَ
But denied
بِهِۦ
it
قَوۡمُكَ
your people
وَهُوَ
while it
ٱلۡحَقُّ‌ۚ
(is) the truth
قُل
Say
لَّسۡتُ
I am not
عَلَيۡكُم
over you
بِوَكِيلٍ
a manager
٦٦
But your people have denied it while it is the truth. Say, "I am not over you a manager [i.e., authority]."
6:67
لِّكُلِّ
For every
نَبَإٍ
news
مُّسۡتَقَرٌّ‌ۚ
(is) a fixed time
وَسَوۡفَ
and soon
تَعۡلَمُونَ
you will know
٦٧
For every news [i.e., happening] is a finality;1 and you are going to know.
6:68
وَإِذَا
And when
رَأَيۡتَ
you see
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
يَخُوضُونَ
engage (in vain talks)
فِىٓ
about
ءَايَـٰتِنَا
Our Verses
فَأَعۡرِضۡ
then turn away
عَنۡهُمۡ
from them
حَتَّىٰ
until
يَخُوضُواۡ
they engage
فِى
in
حَدِيثٍ
a talk
غَيۡرِهِۦ‌ۚ
other than it
وَإِمَّا
And if
يُنسِيَنَّكَ
causes you to forget
ٱلشَّيۡطَـٰنُ
the Shaitaan
فَلَا
then (do) not
تَقۡعُدۡ
sit
بَعۡدَ
after
ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ
the reminder
مَعَ
with
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
the people
ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
the wrongdoers
٦٨
And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse1 concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversation. And if Satan should cause you to forget, then do not remain after the reminder with the wrongdoing people.
6:69
وَمَا
And not
عَلَى
(is) on
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
يَتَّقُونَ
fear (Allah)
مِنۡ
of
حِسَابِهِم
their account
مِّن
[of]
شَىۡءٍ
anything
وَلَـٰكِن
but
ذِكۡرَىٰ
(for) reminder
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
so that they may
يَتَّقُونَ
fear (Allah)
٦٩
And those who fear Allāh are not held accountable for them [i.e., the disbelievers] at all, but [only for] a reminder - that perhaps they will fear Him.
6:70
وَذَرِ
And leave
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
ٱتَّخَذُواۡ
take
دِينَهُمۡ
their religion
لَعِبًا
(as) a play
وَلَهۡوًا
and amusement
وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ
and deluded them
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا‌ۚ
(of) the world
وَذَكِّرۡ
But remind
بِهِۦٓ
with it
أَن
lest
تُبۡسَلَ
is given up to destruction
نَفۡسُۢ
a soul
بِمَا
for what
كَسَبَتۡ
it (has) earned
لَيۡسَ
not
لَهَا
(is) for it
مِن
from
دُونِ
besides
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
وَلِىٌّ
any protector
وَلَا
and not
شَفِيعٌ
any intercessor
وَإِن
And if
تَعۡدِلۡ
it offers ransom
كُلَّ
every
عَدۡلٍ
ransom
لَّا
not
يُؤۡخَذۡ
will it be taken
مِنۡهَآ‌ۗ
from it
أُوۡلَـٰٓئِكَ
Those
ٱلَّذِينَ
(are) ones who
أُبۡسِلُواۡ
are given to destruction
بِمَا
for what
كَسَبُواۡ‌ۖ
they earned
لَهُمۡ
For them
شَرَابٌ
(will be) a drink
مِّنۡ
of
حَمِيمٍ
boiling water
وَعَذَابٌ
and a punishment
أَلِيمُۢ
painful
بِمَا
because
كَانُواۡ
they used to
يَكۡفُرُونَ
disbelieve
٧٠
And leave those who take their religion as amusement and diversion and whom the worldly life has deluded. But remind with it [i.e., the Qur’ān], lest a soul be given up to destruction for what it earned; it will have other than Allāh no protector and no intercessor. And if it should offer every compensation, it would not be taken from it [i.e., that soul]. Those are the ones who are given to destruction for what they have earned. For them will be a drink of scalding water and a painful punishment because they used to disbelieve.
